Questions
What is the difference between a quotation and an invoice?
A quotation is an offer before the work is agreed. An invoice is a request for payment after you’ve supplied the goods or services. When the customer accepts, open the GST invoice generator to bill them.
Should a quotation include GST?
It’s clearer to show GST separately so the customer knows the final amount. Choose “Prices without GST” if you’re not registered or want to quote base prices only.
Is my data stored anywhere?
Only in your own browser, so the form is filled in next time you visit. Nothing is sent to a server. Use Clear form to remove it, for example on a shared computer.
Can I write in Hindi or another Indian language?
Not in this version. The PDF uses standard fonts that only cover English letters, so ₹ is written as “Rs.” and other scripts show as “?”. The marriage biodata maker does support every Indian language.
