How to use the compress image to KB

The tool tries quality levels first and only reduces the pixel size if quality alone can’t reach your target. It keeps the best-looking result that fits under the limit.

  1. Drop your photo on the box.
  2. Pick a target size, or type the exact limit from your form.
  3. Tap Compress to target. The tool tries quality levels and, if needed, smaller dimensions until the file fits.
  4. Check the preview and download.

Questions

Will the result be exactly 50 KB?
It will be just under your target, usually within a few KB, which is what forms check for. Upload portals reject files over the limit, not under it.
Why did my photo get smaller in pixels?
If the lowest acceptable quality still doesn’t fit, the tool reduces the dimensions step by step. A very small target like 10 KB needs a small image.
My form also needs exact dimensions like 200×230 pixels.
Use the exam photo and signature resizer. It sets pixels and KB together.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Your photo is processed by your own browser and never sent to a server. You can even switch on airplane mode after the page loads.
