How to use the rotate PDF
Rotation is written into the PDF itself, so the pages show the right way up in every viewer and printer. The page content isn’t re-compressed, so quality is unchanged.

Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Type its number in the pages box, for example
4.Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read and rebuilt by your own browser using JavaScript. It never leaves your device, which is why this works even if you go offline after the page loads.
Why does it say my PDF is password-protected?
PDFs with an open password or editing restrictions are encrypted, and this tool can’t change them without the password. Open the file in a PDF reader, save an unprotected copy, and try again.
